You can book a tour directly on our website. Each tour page features a “Book Now” button or a calendar where you can select your preferred date and time. We use FareHarbor, a trusted booking platform, to ensure a seamless booking experience.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, or if you do not show up, refunds are not guaranteed. If AquaTour cancels a trip due to weather or other factors, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Your safety is our top priority. If weather or sea conditions are unsuitable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Most of our tours are suitable for ages 3 and up, as long as children are accompanied by an adult. We aim to make our trips accessible to everyone, from young adventurers to seasoned nature enthusiasts.

Dress warmly and wear layers, as it can get cooler on the water. We recommend a waterproof jacket, sturdy shoes, and gloves during colder months. Don’t forget a camera and binoculars for wildlife spotting!

We’re lucky enough to see all kinds of wildlife all year round. On the tours, you may encounter seals, seabirds like puffins, gannets, and guillemots, and occasionally dolphins or porpoises. Wildlife sightings can vary depending on the season and conditions.

Our tours typically last between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the specific trip.

Due to the nature of our boats, space is limited. Please contact us in advance to discuss accessibility options, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For safety and comfort, we do not allow pets on board our RIB tours.

Our rib boats are designed for speed and stability, offering high-speed thrills while ensuring a safe ride for all passengers. Speeds may vary depending on the conditions and the tour type.

Unfortunately, missed tours are non-refundable. We recommend arriving early to ensure you don’t miss your departure time.

Small snacks and water bottles are allowed, but we ask that you avoid bringing items that could spill or create waste. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted.
