Tour plan
Your adventure kicks off in Conwy Harbour, where we’ll launch at full throttle for a thrilling ride past Conwy Castle and out into the open waters. Feel the adrenaline as our RIB picks up speed, cutting through the waves as we head towards the Great Orme.
We’ll zoom around the towering cliffs of the Great Orme, offering unbeatable views of its rugged, dramatic landscape. As we fly by, our crew will point out key landmarks, including ancient caves, WW2 artillery gun sites, and the Great Orme lighthouse. Keep your eyes peeled for seabirds soaring above the cliffs and seals basking on the rocky shores below.
Next, we race towards Puffin Island, one of Wales’ best nature reserves. As we circle the island, you’ll have the chance to spot seals playing in the waters and a host of seabirds, including puffins (in season), cormorants, and guillemots. Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating facts about the wildlife that calls this rocky haven home.
On our way past Puffin Island, we’ll cruise by Penmon Lighthouse, a striking structure that has been guiding ships safely through these waters since the 19th century. Take a moment to snap some photos of this historic landmark as we pass by.
After taking in the sights of Puffin Island, we throttle up for a high-speed ride back towards Conwy. Feel the thrill as we race across the water, passing the dramatic coastline of North Wales and the wide expanse of Llandudno Bay. If conditions allow, we may include a quick detour past the WW2 gun-sites on the Great Orme before arriving back at the harbour.
